Garden Chaos: My Adventures in Growing Food (and Sometimes Failing Hilariously)
Once upon a time, I thought, How hard could gardening be? You plant a seed, water it, and—boom—food appears. Turns out, plants are a little pickier than that. Some thrive despite my lack of expertise, while others? Well… let’s just say I’ve accidentally grown some impressive weeds.
I am by no means a gardening expert. My past attempts have included overcrowding plants (because surely more tomatoes mean better tomatoes, right?), forgetting to water, and discovering that cute little chipmunks have a refined palate for homegrown beets. But despite the chaos, I love the process—nothing beats the taste of a fresh-picked tomato or the satisfaction of cooking with herbs you grew yourself.
In my blog I’ll share my wins, fails, and lessons learned along the way.

DIY Tips
DIY projects are all fun and games until you realize you’re in way too deep. Whether you’re hanging a shelf, painting a room, or building something that hopefully won’t collapse, the key to success is equal parts patience, preparation, and accepting that something will go wrong. But hey, that’s part of the adventure!
Must-Have Tools
Let’s be honest—every house project starts with the best intentions. I’ll just fix this one thing… Next thing you know, there’s sawdust in places it shouldn’t be, a questionable number of trips to the hardware store, and a project timeline that mysteriously triples. But hey, that’s the fun of it!
Whether it’s revamping a room, tackling a new craft, or attempting to build something Pinterest-worthy (with varying degrees of success), I love getting my hands dirty. Sometimes things turn out exactly as planned… and other times? Well, that’s what trim, caulk, and creative problem-solving are for.

Budget Tips
DIY projects can save you money—if you don’t get carried away. The goal is to improve, fix, or create without ending up with an expensive mess that costs more to fix than hiring a pro in the first place. Smart budgeting and knowing your limits are key to keeping your DIY dreams from becoming financial nightmares.
