- 3 C Old fashioned rolled oats
- Cooking spray
- 1 Tsp Baking powder
- 1 Tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 Tsp Kosher sea salt
- 2 Scoops Oragain vegan protein powder
- 1⁄4 Cup Slivered almonds
- 1⁄4 Cup Raisins
- 2 TBL Egg replacer
- 2 TBL Brown sugar
- 1 1⁄4 Cup Almonds milk
- 2 TBL Maple syrup Bourbon barrel aged
- 2 TBL Honey Local
- 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 Each Apples Peeled, cored, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees f Spray muffin tin Mix all dry ingredients in bowl Mix all wet ingredients Add wet to dry. Mix well. Let set for 5 mins Pack muffin cups with mixture Bake 25 minutes til golden
