  • 3 C Old fashioned rolled oats
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 14 Tsp Kosher sea salt
  • 2 Scoops Oragain vegan protein powder
  • 14 Cup Slivered almonds
  • 14 Cup Raisins
  • 2 TBL Egg replacer
  • 2 TBL Brown sugar
  • 1 14 Cup Almonds milk
  • 2 TBL Maple syrup Bourbon barrel aged
  • 2 TBL Honey Local
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 Each Apples Peeled, cored, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees f Spray muffin tin Mix all dry ingredients in bowl Mix all wet ingredients Add wet to dry. Mix well. Let set for 5 mins Pack muffin cups with mixture Bake 25 minutes til golden
